It's mostly time dived by skill(higher number=more skilled). Which basicaly makes it mean nothing except you probably know the maps.

So? The majority of rank 3 players suck too. I was goofing off in RA last night, made it to TA, and faced a rank 6 team, they all flashed their wolf emotes lol. They were running a crippshot ranger, 2 touch rangers, and a woh monk. The crippshot ranger was using a hornbow and a flatbow, and forgetting to use apply poision most of the time. The 2 touch rangers had no speed buffs, and followed me around on autoattack almost all of the match. The monk was using channeling for his energy managment. Rank is a joke. Alot of ranked players are a joke. Did I mention the monk was spamming healing breeze?
